
We will issue a full credit (excluding original delivery charge) upon receipt, or the item can be exchanged for a different size or color if specified.Ĭustom listings: if a customer requests a custom listing and an item is created specifically for the customer's request, a non-return/refund policy is in effect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 15 days of receipt. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, with no signs of wear or use.

We will pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Damaged items without documentation will not be refunded. Please convo me with both the description and photo to resolve any issue. If items are damaged upon delivery, please take a moment to document the damage with a description and a photo. Blamo will provide adequate packing and is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. In the event that any unused, undamaged, regular priced item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit (less shipping costs) or exchange, subject to item availability.
